New season, new trends. Y ahora creo que si me puedo identificar con todas. Pudimos ver no makeup-makeup, el clásico red lips, un poco de colores y algo más locochón, cuál trend vas a probar?

1. Are you wearing makeup?

Glowy skin es mi TOP, así como vimos en Stella McCartney, Lanvin, Prada, Burberry, Victoria Beckham, Marc Jacobs, Coach, Celine y Chanel. Ese barely there makeup con piel perfecta que todos quisiéramos tener.

• Smudge your liner and you’re ready to go

Seguimos queriendo tener perfect skin pero añadiendo un toque para verte un poco más arreglada. Givenchy, Brandon Maxwell, Longchamp, Hugo Boss y Tory Burch tienen el ejemplo perfecto. 

• Pop of Color 

Igual que en las prendas pero el color va a los ojos. Valentino se lució al igual que Mugler, Rodarte, Carolina Herrera, Natasha Zinko, amo esta trend, de hecho la empecé a usar para SS19 y estoy segura que la seguiré aplicando esta temporada.

• I like to be EXTRA

Extra black please! Dior, Jil Sander y Erdem nos enseñaron looks más cargados en el ojo.

• Cat eye with a twist

Podríamos llamarle cat eye pero con un toque especial y cada casa de moda lo acomodó a su manera. Louis Vuitton se quedó en el punto medio de grosor añadiendo labios rojos, Missoni decidió engrosarlo un poco más, Dolce & Gabbana se fue al extremo de delgado y Zimmerman hizo casi el perfect cat eye. Tú cómo lo usarías?

• The eyeliner game

Me encantó cómo usaron delineador blanco 3.1 Phillip Lim y Giambattista Valli, definitivamente una tendencia que voy a usar, aunque no tan producida como en Giambattista Valli. 

• Bold lips are back

Creo que es un must tener un lipstick de un tono así en nuestra makeup bag, es perfecto para ese día que nos queremos ver diferentes pero no queremos usar tanto makeup siento que es la combinación perfecta, no makeup makeup y un lipstick de un color fuerte. Mis ejemplos favoritos serían Salvatore Ferragamo, Louis Vuitton, Simone Rocha, Alice and Olivia, Versace y Oscar de la Renta

• Red lips are always a thing

Paco Rabanne, Helmut Lang, Fendi y Givenchy nos dejaron claro que los labios rojos jamás pasarán de moda. 

• Neutrals game

Otro clásico que jamás pasará de moda, los tonos neutros. Tom Ford, Isabel Marant, Prabal Gurung, Max Mara y Elie Saab, saben de lo que hablan.

1. Terracotta 

Otra de mis obsesiones; el color “ladrillo” como muchos podrían llamarlo. Kate Spade y Cushnie crearon looks increíbles. Además siento que este color le va a cualquier tono de piel, hagan la prueba!

We still want to have perfect skin but we want to look as if we’re actually wearing makeup so take a look at Givenchy, Brandon Maxwell, Longchamp, Hugo Boss and Tory Burch, they have the perfect example.

Pop of Color 

Also as seen in the runway with the garments but this time color goes on the lids. Valentino’s looks were A-MA-ZING, same as Mugler, Rodarte, Carolina Herrera, Natasha Zinko, I love this trend, in fact I started using it for SS19 and I’m sure I will continue to for this season.

Extra black please! Dior, Jil Sander and Erdem created more dramatic looks focusing in the eye.

Cat eye with a twist

We could call it cat eye but with a twist and each fashion brand did it their own way. Louis Vuitton was just in between according to the thickness adding red lips to the look, Missoni decided to make it a little more thicker, Dolce & Gabbana decided to go the thinner they could achieve and Zimmerman made almost the perfect cat eye. How would you do it?

The eyeliner game

I loved how 3.1 Phillip Lim and Giambattista Valli used white eyeliner, definitely a trend that I’m willing to use, although not as dramatic as in Giambattista Valli.

Bold lips are back

I think it is a MUST to have a bold lipstick in our makeup bag, it is perfect for that day we want to look different but at the same time we don’t want to wear so much makeup. I feel that it is the perfect match, no makeup-makeup and a bold lipstick. My favorite looks are from Salvatore Ferragamo, Louis Vuitton, Simone Rocha, Alice and Olivia, Versace and Oscar de la Renta.

Neutrals game

Another classic that will never go out of fashion is neutral tones. Tom Ford, Isabel Marant, Prabal Gurung, Max Mara and Elie Saab, know what they are talking about.

Terracotta 

Another obsession, I LOVE this color. Kate Spade and Cushnie created amazing looks. I also feel that this color goes with any skin tone, give it a try!
